We are ready to announce on fb, but like JessMac, there are still some people we need to tell personally. I've been so busy I haven't had the chance to call them all yet... Hopefully soon!

BTW - it's making me giggle how some of you are saying when you announced your last pregnancy on fb. When I was last pregnant we didn't even *have* facebook! LOL!! (That was in 2007...)

we announced it at about 4 weeks. i had a friend kinda let it out of the bag earlier that day anyway so there was no way around it. i made sure we called everyone important and told them personally before we did the fb announcement tho!

i'm also guilty of being one of those annoying people who post all the time about my pregnancy!!! this will be my one and only pregnancy and i'm going to enjoy it! also, ALL of my family lives far from me, so it's my way of sharing with them.

Ooooh I'm bad, I spilled the beans the moment I knew. I couldn't help it. I was so excited, and honestly wasn't really using my head at the time in regards to thinking ahead, and of what could happen........so yeah......6 weeks?

well change of plans, I was planning on announcing it this week, but we told my parents and dereks parents this weekend but MIL thinks we should announce it to everyone else at easter, so i guess i have to wait until after that or delete all DHs family members from my friends list

We've told our parents and close family and most of our good friends but I have a few more people that I want to tell in person so I haven't posted anything on FB yet. I am starting my 14th week today but I am still nervous about this pregnancy, I am not sure when I will comfortable putting it out there on FB....I didn't mention anything on FB until I was about 7 months last time.... but, I am sure someone will "out" me before I get that far along this time!

4 weeks and 5 days. (I wasn't sure how far along I was at the time because I hadn't been to a doctor yet.) We found out the day before my daughter's 3rd birthday party...I told my mom and some close friends before the party. LovingMyTwins (Aimee) found out the day before I did so we shared it with her family...then i sent a picture of the positive pregnancy test to the rest of my family that texts and then told my grandparents on SuperBowl Sunday...once family knew..we announced on FB before anyone spilt the beans for us! :-)

I have to admit..I'm one of those that post a lot about how I'm feeling during my day..and most of it's pregnancy related. I try not to make ALL my FB posts about my pregnancy though.

I never "announced" on facebook. I make random comments from time to time concerning my pregnancy. Some ppl notice, some do not. The ppl who matter know and that's all I care about.

I will be almost 17 weeks when we come out on Facebook. We are telling family with Easter cards. But since we are all on Facebook, it won't be a secret on there after they get the cards.

With Liam, we announced at barely 5 weeks. I never thought twice about something happening and obviously nothing did. But I know people thought it was weird because I told so early. This time we waited.

I don't plan to make an announcement on FB until after the anatomy scan around 18 weeks. I will make a brief announcement in such a way as to not rub it in for my friends struggling with fertility.

I never announced my first preg on FB which was lost at 17 weeks....and after seeing girls post and brag and la la la about this and that day after day, it has made me HATE those girls...which is awful of me. Hey everyone I'm 8 weeks pregnant, I'm so lucky, all is well, and then every day after they post, and I WILL NOT do that to others. Of my 300 friends, I bet there are other females going thru what I did, so I will not want to be a hurtful reminder.
