I'm having some cramps this morning...Anyone else get them? I'm going to try not to freak out, hopefully it's just normal growing pains, but then again it's hard not to worry...This is a tough week for me...The 2nd baby I lost passed at around 13 weeks 6 days or 14 weeks 1 day and i'm now 13 weeks 2 days...It's not super painful, just a dull ache...I have an appointment on friday, so i'm hoping I can hold out till then...I'd feel better if others are getting cramps too.

I have had them a couple times in the last week to Megan. Happy thoughts coming your way and I know your little baby is going to be just fine. xoxo

I've been having jabby crampy feelings on and off for a couple weeks. I find they are worse (TMI) when I'm constipated! The pain is in my uterus area though.. must be the pressure??

I worry all the time about my cramps too, but I'm sure it's all well in there. Baby just needs extra room! I've read they go through quite a growth spurt between 11 and 13 weeks!

I have been experiencing cramping on and off throughout this pregnancy and my midwife and ob continue to reassure me that it's just baby making room in there. I hope more than anything, that this is the case with you too. Just a few "renovations" KUP, I hope they pass soon.

I get them now and then too. I was pretty crampy last night for about an hour and then it eased up. I also get lots of round ligament pains too which are uncomfortable. I chalk it all up to normal growing pains, and hope that my belly will actually start to grow because of it, hee hee. Hope they subside for you soon! Drink water! That can help. Oh and another thing I noticed is that I get crampy when I have to pee.

It's hard not to worry about stuff even if you know it's normal. I am the queen of round ligament pain and gas pain, both of which freak me out a little. I hope your cramps go away and stop making you nervous!

Mine isn't really cramping but more like discomfort. And it's worse when I have to pee or get constipated I chalk it up to growing pains...baby is making more room so he/she can grow!

I get lower back cramping on and off too.......I know how scary it is, but remember you just found a nice healthy h/b and all has been looking very well. I just think every pregnancy is different and you have to take into consideration all your body has been through in the past couple of years. Hang in there Megan, usually by morning or evening they tend to go away.

I have been cramping everyday of this pregnancy. Some days are worse than others and like everyone said, gas, constipation or needing to pee make it worse. The ob keeps assuring me, its normal.

I've been having some light cramping off and on the past week or so as well as some ligament pains when I get up too fast or move around in bed too fast.

I haven't had any cramping....but the night time "turn pain" is starting for me again. I roll over alot, and last night I got an awful pain that made me lay still for 30 minutes or so. This happened last pregnancy too.....I'm a tosser and turner so I see my nights getting a little stiller from here on out! Does anyone else get this pain?

I totally get your concern. This is my seventh pregnancy and I am very menstral like crampy all the time this time. I am not constipated at all.

Oh yeah. I have been crampy this pregnancy too. I actually went in for them last Tuesday because they did not feel like stretching or gas or ligament pain (which I can usually tell apart). It moved central and was menstrual-like. The doc checked everything and said it was totally normal and he told me not to panic if I felt them more often as the baby grows. He said that this is the stage he sees women most for cramping because no one talks about early-second-tri cramping as much as first and third and that makes lots of women panic about it. I am sure your baby is just growing like a week in there!!

This will be baby #5 and it is pregnancy #7 and I either forgot how uncomfortable the early "growing pains" can be or they get worse with each pregnancy?!? I am trying not to worry. Heard a heartbeat last week so I am trying hard to think positive. Looks like there are quite a few of us with these. Thank goodness I am not alone!

I'm having occasional mild menstrual like cramping, plus cramping when I roll over/turn too quickly. I notice the cramping is worse when I haven't been drinking enough water, or when I'm constipated.
