Anyone going to get one? I had one with DD3 because she wasn't gaining weight like they wanted her to. I ended up selling it thinking she was our last. I want one for this baby to, just cause I feel better knowing I can weigh her and make sure she is gaining. I am thinking of getting this one, since you can take the tray off and use it for toddlers.

its a good idea This is a decision I will have to make depending on how his growth is. I hope you don't have to use it this time either!

I got one for Jim because I was a psychotically paranoid preemie parent. Plus I got tired of people (OK, my parents) asking me every five minutes how much he weighed, and me having to say, "I don't know, we haven't been to the pediatrician this week" and them saying, "Well does he feel heavier?" and me thinking, "WTH is wrong with you people?!?!"

Too funny!!!

We got one as a shower gift but didn't really use it (except for a few times for curiosity, once with a watermelon and some of our Thanksgiving turkeys. LOL!!) We still have it but hopefully won't need it!

We have one from when Nathaniel was little that was passed from my step-mother to my aunt to myself. We don't use it much though, besides curiosity.

We used it in the kitchen sometimes too.

Sounds like a good idea if it's something you worry about!
