I'm having similar experiences. Sometimes it'll feel like I could fill a gallon jug, but when I go, it's just an ounce or two. Very odd. Sometimes I notice a change in urination when she's laying funny. Sometimes she'll be so down low it feels like she's putting pressure on my urethra and affecting the flow when I sit on the toilet, as in blocking it somewhat from coming out. I don't know if this is normal.. but I'd say just keep drinking fluids and you'd probably be fine. Call your OB/midwife if you're worried.

My water input has definitely not matched my urine output. I drink a lot of water(probably at least 8L) and urine is next to nothing and dark. I've talked to my doctor about it, and its related to the degree of edema I have. I gained 15lbs of water weight in 2 weeks, then in 6 days lost 8lbs from the swelling going down a bit.
Basically I was told to tough it out regarding this
And I had physical issues peeing as well, Lovebugs head would block the urethra and it would be like 10 mins of shifting positions on potty before I could actually pee.
