Here's one that has several. On the left hand side navigation bar there is a link that says "Blinkies" Click there and it brings up an index of all the blinkies. SDK Designs

This one has a great collection of blinkies, as well as some the author of the website has adopted from other sites. The links for the different categories are under the picture at the top. Dejavu~

This is a page on a website that offers free babydust (if you pay it forward for the next person). Many are popular ones that have been seen on many websites, but there are some less popular ones as well. TTC Blinkies

This site has many categories of blinkies and appears to be support by donations. I believe they request that you maintain their link as a click back from the blinkie if you use it, as they provide the code for the image. Make sure to use the IMG code for this one! Blinkie Heaven

This site has free TTC, pregnancy and baby blinkies. These are very clean and simple-looking blinkies, compared to many that are almost seizure inducing that I have seen elsewhere. Moma's Place

http://www.blinkiebee.com is another one, it even has templates to do your own text on them.
http://www.iloveblinkies.com/ it allows you to use their images and create your own blinkie
