either is fine; just do NOT wash them with PF's. Even anti-pill fleece will pill up if washed with PF's. You can put fleece items in a mesh laundry bag to prevent that though.

I don't know about Polar but they have Blizzard fleece and anti pill at JoAnn's and both work well. I went today and they were 50% off too.
