I had:
B: frosted flakes and milk
S: apple
L: probably some kind of salad in a wrap.
D: maybe meatloaf and mashed potatoes...

I ended up having an entire footlong spicy italian from Subway. Sad thing is I'm still hungry. I'm totally eating a healthy dinner tonight, I swear!
BTW, I love lemon curd. Trader Joe's sells one that is soooooo yummy I could eat it out the jar!

I will probably have a few snacks this afternoon. I have cereal bars at my desk and sour patch kids so bad I know!)
Dinner- No plans yet. its too hot to cook, and I'm getting a manicure after work so I will be home later than usual.
I have had such red meat aversions at dinner that its so hard to eat well! I have been eating tons of salads.

Julka- there arent Amish in your area of Canada? I know there is a big population of Amish up that way... in Ontario I believe there is one good size community and then there is the Hutterites in BC, and also in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Alberta
As for the menu du jour here
no breakfast or AM snack
lunch was McDonalds, which totally made me sick
PM snack is this fruit thingie from the bakery I work in
Dinner who knows right now
