I finally had a gender dream this pregnancy.

(I've also been having nightmares, so -be warned- this was kind of both.) :-/

I dreamed it was a girl, beautiful sweet baby that looked very much like DS2 only her hair had more red in it. But then all the sudden she somehow got a cut on her neck and was gushing blood. (Sorry - hope that's not too much gory nightmare-ish detail.) She bled and bled from her neck, although she didn't seem to be in any pain. DH stayed very calm and bandaged her up with gauze and tape. It bled through and continue to drip down, but he redid the bandage and she was fine.

For me, no, it doesn't mean I think it's a girl because of this dream -- With DS1 I dreamed of twin girls and that obviously didn't happen. ...Though sometimes I think DS1 has the energy of two children.

So excited for December!

Hmmm...I wonder if that cut is symbolic of anything. I'm not great at dream analysis but do think it can sometimes be our subconscious working things out. Maybe it means you count on DH to be calm in times of crisis. Must have been scary, though!

I had a dream I gave birth to a little girl who looked just like my DD except she had black hair and my DD is a redhead. I would not mind at all if that dream came true!!

Yeah, I keep thinking about the interpretation of it. But I haven't bothered looking into it yet.

I'm not hoping either way, honestly. But DH is kind of hoping for a girl. And he thinks I'm carrying a girl. We shall see in December!

Girl I had a similar dream last night myself! It was both as well. I dreamt that I scanned myself and she finally had her legs uncroseed and I could clearly see and know her gender. We were so excited but than I went to the restroom(in my dream) and was bleeding heavily I am sure this is just stress and my paranoia getting to me but I did wake up immediately and go to the bathroom to check, lol! I hope u get that sweet little girl, minus the bleeding neck and no more nightmares!

I also had a dream about a little girl. Hubby had a son in hand (couldnt get a good look) and I saw our little girl playing on the grease spot in a drive way she had a black tutu on and looked to be about 3 yrs old. Hmmm but I also had a nightmare that I had spiders in my food.

Aww what a horrible dream!! I have had my share of baby-dream-nightmares in the past two weeks.

Hope they go away for you
