His name was Leon (which he didn't actually like and always joked about) so we chose the middle name Leo ♥

If we were having a girl it would have been Noel, which is Leon spelled backwards

dont worry ur not the only one whos said it to me before. my therapist told me my mom abuses me mentally and emotionally. shes been doing it for years. she told me adopting me ruined her life at one point. so i know theres something not right with her. i tend to try to ignore it and sometimes i cant so i break down and dh is there for me.. and thank you. ur son is a handsome little charmer.

My parent's were surprised and excited and just said, "Well, at least you're married this time." lol

DH's parents were also very excited and told me right off they hoped it would be a girl since they already have 3 grandsons.

Omgosh that was so sweet and cute! My dh was shocked, in disbelief and then excited all in about 30 secs, then like 5 min later my mother in law was the 2nd to know cuz her son, my dh, could not keep his mouth closed lol and she was all sorts of excited, my father in law.... not so much... my mother and her husband were the calm congrats... my sister, who is only 16 months older then me, was the totally artificial snobby whatever congrats and my dad and his wife were excited and sent me congratulations gifts lol NOW my dad who is about to turn 59 and his wife who is 31 (@7 years older then me) are expecting a baby 3 months after me! Kinda weird! But I am totally excited for my step-mom she is awesome!

Awwww that video is super cute!!

My FIL and MIL weren't as excited because my SIL had already told them that she was pregnant (going through a divorce and pregnant with the boyfriend's baby) and at first they didn't get it because we asked them how they were going to like being "grandparents" (they already have 3) and they said well we'll just have to deal with it (talking about my SIL) then DH pointed at my belly and said well "this one too!!" FIL was very happy and continues to be very happy about it.. My MIL is very concentrated on my SIL and I'm okay with that....

My mother didn't get it at first!! We had gotten a card on the front it said "Sending a little extra love your way" (this was in the beginning of June for no specific reason) and in the inside of the card it read Grandma and Grandpa I can't wait to meet you... See you in December.... My mom thought it was from our cat (which we at many times called our baby) It took them almost 5 minutes to figure out and my DH almost had to tell them that I was pregnant but she finally got it!! My mom just started crying and my step dad just was like Congrats!!

My dad was confused at first but is very excited!!

My Dad is 53 and my Step-Mom is 23. (I'm 28) They had my baby sister 5 years ago. I know. The math is awful, but it has worked out amazingly well! I'm so glad he found someone to make him so happy after living with my awful Mother all those years. She's turned into a great friend

Awe that is so sweet!

Everyone was so excited for us. The only 2 reactions I could have done without was DH's grandmother, the first thing she said to me when I told her was "I hope your watching what your eating, you don't want to gain too much weight" and then all my FIL said was "I'm going to have to watch playing favorites with Ethan".
