We found out yesterday that we qualify for a home loan.We were going for the home and land packet but can't get that one, but if we have land then we are fine and get one of the homes. We have land and we would have to take this house down with is fine, his parents gave us the ok, Here's the question they still owe some money on it. Would they be able to Merge are loan and what they still owe on the house together? And we can bring in onto the other house?
