I don't understand. Emmas head is starting to get flat in the back, but she is literally not on it all day except to sleep! Sure, she doesn't get as much tummy time as she could because she screams and pukes, but she is in her exersaucer, held, or sitting up most of the day.

This really irks me. Is there anything I can do? She sleeps on her back and wont sleep any other way although I do put her on her side to start out.

Dunc's head is little flat in the back, and our pedi said not to worry about it yet. He said that they see a lot more of it since people are told to put their babies on their backs to sleep and that once they are a bit more mobile things should round out.

My first baby got a flat head and Levi has a flat spot as well. I'm not worried about it. For a while the only place he would nap and sleep was his swing, so I think that's why he got it. It'll round out soon enough. My older son's did as soon as he started crawling.

She has a tiny flat spot, but its where her soft spot on the back of her head is, so i think it is just part of the soft spoy growing together, she is only on her back to sleep, and its not like she sleeps on the floor lol

My only other thought is if she is in daycare, make sure they are giving her adequate time where she is not just lying flat. My girlfriend's daughter ended up having to wear a helmet. Her sitter at the time was leaving the baby in the car seat ALOT. So just something else to investigate if applicable....
