I can't wait to try this method, I've never used my hands to express before. These ladies pumped only HALF of what was actually in their breast and their hands got the rest! I feel like m eyes are opened. I hope it works for me too.

I have to hand express after pumping to meet Emma's milk needs. I've found that a hand pump is better than my electric and massage/hand expression always gets more afterward.

Breast massage while the baby is at the breast works very well also!
