This should be good for 4 pork chops or chicken breasts. I've used it on both.
4 tbs melted butter
2/3 c lemon juice
1/2 c olive oil (vegetable or canola oil sub just fine)
5 cloves pressed (or minced--if you don't have a press) garlic
1/2 t ground mustard
1/2 t dill weed
1 t dried rosemary
1 t dried thyme
Mix all ingredients together and put in freezer bag with meat. Marinate in the fridge for at least two hours.
**You can pick an choose your herbs. These are the ones I used the night I made it up. I think I switch it up constantly. (Tonight's has italian, oregano, and basil.--I always keep the mustard and dill weed.) Fresh herbs would work too but we don't use them fast enough.
