I got my BFP so early that I can't help but wonder if it could be twins. I know that people are supposed to be super fertile after a m/c and this was our first cycle after a m/c. What do you think?
Do we have any twins in the DDC yet? It was so neat to see the progression of the lady who had twins in my daughters DDC. I loved seeing their ultrasound pictures.
Is anyone hoping for twins? Or do they run in your family?

They run in my family, but so far none of my sisters or I have had any. I always thought it would be pretty cool, but after having my first, I don't know how in the world I could handle 2 at one time!!! One infant was enough! Still think it would be kind of exciting though to see 2 on an ultrasound. How early did you get your BFP?

I found out today, and I am 8dpo.
My first, I did not get a positive until 11 dpo and I did not track with my second but according to me LMP it was around 11 dpo also.
I know exactly what you mean about not being sure about handling two. One is enough. LOL

to Leanne! I think it sounds wonderful in theory, but in reality I can't even imagine how hard it would be to have two newborns at the same time! I got my BFP at 8dpo and the thought has crossed my mind to the possiblity of twins as well. My aunt on my dad's side has twins so I guess anything is possible. Twins always have to start somewhere though. Good luck to you!

It would have been nice to have twins first but having one already and then have twins would be real hard. I was reading once you get over the age of 30 you release more then one egg sometimes.

I didn't need to know that, LOL! I'll be 31 next week! I was lactating at the time and have heard that you have a higher chance of twins with BFing as well. Guess all of us will see soon enough who will be lucky enough to have twins in this DDC! Seems like most DDCs always have at least one set of twins!

Wonder who it's going to be???
Anybody want to make a guess? Does anyone think it might be them??
I don't think it's me. I think I am lucky to have the little bean that I have. I am hoping that it is a healthy, sticky one.

I am hoping it's not me!!
I found out with this one (I THINK) around 9 DPO, but I am not certain when I O'd so that could be completely wrong.
Twins are on my dad's side of the family.
I can NOT imagine having 2 newborns AND a 15 month old! I think I would have a panic attack if I saw TWO on the u/s!

I got my first bfp at 8 dpo too. At first i kind of wondered if it was twins, but a friend of mine that is pregnant with twins didn't get a bfp until her missed period. So your hcg isn't always higher with twins. I had an ultrasound and there was only one sac, so I doubt I have more then 1 in there. I'll find out Friday.

Now, someone posted on here the other day & they had REALLY high levels for so early on, but I can't think who it was now!
My DDC/ PR I think we had 3 Mommys who had twins, but only one is still posting & her two DD's are so adorable, looking at their photos always makes me wish Emersyn had a twin

I had an IUI to get pregnant, which generally has a 7% chance of twins, but I think it's less likely for me this time. I had three eggs this cycle, but only one of them was super big. The other two were only borderline mature. Can't wait to know for sure!

I am hoping not to be having twins because this will be number 4 and I can't imagine taking care of three kids and two newborns. I am still lactating though and this is my 6th pregnancy so I suppose I have a bit of a risk factor but I am not worried because I cant think of one set in my family.

I'm Trying to think who had the high levels. I know mine were 3166 and her's were 7000 and she is due a day or two later.
Edited to add: I think it was Corilyn who said her levels were high.
