Is/was anyone here taking vitamin B? I'm currently taking a B50 complex vitamin and am wondering if it is okay to just stop taking it. Google has differing opinions, some sites say it can cause a miscarriage. I'm not inclined to believe it, but was wondering if anyone has any experience with this. I'm planning on switching to a prenatal as long as it is safe to do so.

I don't think it would cause a miscarriage, but f you are worried then stop taking it. Make sure you take folic acid though (which is a B complex vitamin)

I have never heard of it causing a M/C but if you are concerned call your OB or midwife

I would just stick to the prenatal multivitamin until you get a doctor's opinion, but I also have not heard of vitamin B causing miscarriages.
