Are you keeping a pregnancy journal? No... The only reason is that I have NEVER been good about keeping a journal updated, and I know this would be no different.

If you already have a child, did you do this for your previous children as well? I have taken belly pics along the way once there is a noticeable bump and I did keep a little journal of when I went over due with my oldest but I was only good to keep up with it in that 12 days.
