I finally went in my attic and dug out all my maternity clothing. I didn't think it would fit just yet, but most things do. I am so happy! I feel so much better, tight pants and feeling like a fat frump are never good. Finally the elastic is back

I have a few different types of maternity pants, under the belly and over the belly, and I was wondering what other people prefer. I'm an under the belly gal, but my good friend who was pregnant with me last time was an over the belly only gal.

I love maternity clothes! I have been wearing them for weeks now and am currently waiting for a box from Gap.com to arrive with yet more. Yay!

For parents and skirts, I prefer the panel that goes all the way around the waistband and up over the belly. I don't know what you call it. I can't stand the ones that are JUST a belly panel. For some reason, they make me feel like I'm falling forward when I try them on. It's weird, I know.

It depends. For jeans and jean shorts I want the full panel, for others I like the below the belly stuff so far. But I do love my maternity clothes!

I am an above the belly girl for anything tight (like jeans) and an under the belly girl for anything made of stretchy material. I have major issues with anything being tight on my stomach while preggo, so the stiff demi panels make me want to puke.

I dug out all my maternity clothes a few weeks ago and everything fits except my t-shirts. They are all way too short. So I ordered some from GAP and bought a few at Old Navy to tide me over!

Nikki - tight things around my belly make me want to puke too. But I can't wear the full over the belly pants because I feel the tightness around my stomach. I need the under the belly clothes at least in the beginning..

I definitely prefer below belly, but I don't mind the secret fit belly panel from a pea in the pod and motherhood...plus you can fold those ones down if you want.

I wish I still had my maternity clothes! Silly me sold them all thinking that we were done having kiddos after our last dd. I should have known better since neither of us had had a permenant fix.LOL Anyway, I'm a full panel gal. The only way I'll wear the below the belly bottoms is if I use a bella band with them. I can't stand having to constantly pull my pants up, and that's what I have to do if I wear the below the belly without a band.

I have full belly panels, and its basically like having my work shirt tucked in, even though I now can't tuck it in, lol.
I have worn one skirt this entire time, and I have to say: I think I'll be sticking to below the belly ones, they make me feel less like the titanic.
