I am pretty sure we are having lasagna and hash browns. Well, the kids are. I will have some hash browns and would like my hubby to pick up a few zucchinis or eggplant and I will make a 'mock' lasagna for me. I am NOT wanting to eat wheat right now it gives me terrible gas and heartburn.

It is my son's birthday and that was his choice. He also asked for fishsticks. Nice and easy. And yes, it will be a Stouffer's lasagna...or Marie Calenders if they have it at our store.

He also wants a cheese burger cake, but I don't feel like making one!

I have an eggplant that I NEED to use up tonight! So I think I may make some sort of pasta with eggplant in the sauce, and some meatballs. P complained the other day that I never put meat in pasta (which is true! I was raised vegan and old habits die hard) so I promised him I'd make meatballs the next time I made pasta.

Ooh, that reminds me, I need to call and ask him to pull out the ground beef from the freezer so that it's thawed enough to make meatballs out of by the time I get home.

Pizza. Which I will regret because it will give me heart burn. Really though everything gives me heartburn these days, including tums.
