to this! He used his hands along my spine and hips to feel what was out of line and had me do a couple of things like lift my legs to see if I felt any back pain or strain. Absolutely no x-rays needed.
Casey, he put me on what I call the roller table first (you just lie down and these rollers automatically massage hour back) and then did the normal adjustments that a chiro would, he just 1.) went easier on me (not pushing or pulling as hard, etc.) and 2.) he positioned me differently for the adjustments. Like for instance I laid on my back and sides, not my tummy and when he had me lay on my sides, he moved me to the edge of the table so that the little pressure he did apply did not compress my stomach in any way.
What I really liked about my chiro is that he asked up front if I wanted more just stretching to be done to adjust me or if I wanted the "let's snap it all back into place" adjustment. I went down the middle, so he got my neck and upper back to pop a good bit (which is why I am breathing so much better) but did only stretches for my hips and lower back to avoid too much strain or pressure around my uterus. It really was a fantastic visit!
