So, it took me a while to get on board but here I am, pluggin away. I joined a site called CalorieCount (it's free) and it has really helped me keep track of my food, exercise, nutrients and water intake. I treat it like a game and try to get as close to a perfect score as possible.
Calorie Count Start Weight (9/2): 165.1
Current Weight: 159.3
Current Goal Weight: 160
Long Term Goal Weight: 140
This week I have been eating an avg of 1200-1400 calories a day and taking walks (20-40 mins) everyday with my SO and LO. My first goal was 5 pounds, and I've reached it in a week! I'm SO excited!! For every 5 pounds, I'm going to do something good for myself (go out dancing, buy new clothes, etc) until I reach 140.
Calorie Count says I should reach my goal Jan. 27th but I think I'll be able to reach it by the end of the year.
