Everything went well. Baby was not very cooperative with the positioning. S/he was jumping around and not wanting to lay the way she needed. After about 45 min she was finally able to get the measurements. I almost told her just to let it go because I really didn't want the scan anyways (if you remember this is the one that my OB said was not an option, hence the reason for the switch to the midwife). Other things with baby are well. Still measuring a couple days ahead with a heartbeat of 161.
I was a bit frustrated with the whole process. I had been out and doing things all day and was already fatigued so they lengthy appointment was not helpful. I was thinking I was feeling brave enough to call my OB to inform her of change of providers before the medical release was sent but after that I just called the midwifery and had them send it. We will see if she calls me or not.
