We had the MRI done on Monday. She was taken off us just after 10am, and we didn't get her back until about 11:30. She was put under with general anaesthetic. Luckily there were no problems apart from two very anxious Mummies. We don't get the results till next week when we have an appointment with the ENT. Our appointment this week unfortunately was cancelled. So, it's a waiting game until then.
That sucks that she had to be put under. I lucked up with Winter's. Fed her, swaddled, paci, and she napped through the whole thing. They told me most babies had to get anesthesia; I was worried more about that than the scan. We lucked up with her sleep study, too. The baby in the room next door did not.
Winter's grandfather and I are both allergic to certain types of common anesthesia. I did not want to hear about her vomiting through the entire thing.
