3 down, and 2006 to go....
What did you girls do? I had many options, but decided to hang out with my exes sister (my now best friend), and then I was goign to go to my other friends house for the countdown, but I decided to go home. So, I spent my New Years watching Family guy, and went to bed at 12:30am. I am such a loser lol.

I actually stayed awake for the first time in years, but I was asleep by 12:15. LOL!
But I am so stupid, cause I worked so hard to get my posting goal, and I kept sticking around waiting for someone to post something new, but no one did for the longest. I walked away, and then Justin got on the computer (in my chair), and I never came back. JM was still minimized this morning, but I still had 2 measley posts to make to meet my goal. This is one of them. GAWD!

Does anyone love to smell Baby's breath the way I do? I don't mean the flower, I mean actually smelling their breath? Zander's smells kind of fruity today, and he hasn't eaten anything yet. Justin says it always smells like caramel to him. Sorry if this grosses anyone out!

I'm heading down to my parent's house today. I wasn't supposed to go until tomorrow night, but I've decided to surprise them a day and a half early I'm sure I'll be on here from there!

Maddie, do you mean the ones that are scented, or just all dolls? I still remember the way a new doll/barbie smelled when I was little, I like it too.
Steph, what happened?
Oh, and I can smell new clothes on someone a mile away, I LOOOVE that smell too.

The kids had a sleepover at MIL's place last night because we had planned on going out but it started snowing really hard so we decided to stay in and have a fun night to ourselves, had a few drinks, played rock band, etc.

^ I am sure that's all that happened LOL jk..
I agree that 2008 sucked giant balls... I am SO glad it is over, and a New year has begun. Is it weird that in Odd years I have relatively good productive years, and even years seem to suck a lot with little to no progression?!

DH and I got into a fight shortly after midnight, and then we made up and played poker. Julia ended up coming into our room shortly after I turned her TV on and made that post in the main forum, so she hung out with us and conked out at about 12:30. Luckily she slept in today too lol

So far, the new year has been pretty uneventful. We normally spend the day hanging out, and that is exactly what we've been doing... we're watching Shrek the Third for the second time and in a few minutes, I'm going to unload the dishwasher and then start the laundry. Our anniversary is Saturday and the kids are being shipped to ILs for three days... we decided not to go anywhere, we're spending Saturday watching the Cotls take on San Diego and then we're "pretending" that we don't have kids for a couple of days... you know what I mean... sleeping in, eating whereever we want, watching whatever we want... not tripping over toys... peaceful!
