This is the list I got from my OB...
I copied this EXACTLY as it was written...but you should still ask your Dr if you have any doubts or questions.

Morning Sickness/Nausea
Vitamin B6 50 mg (1 tablet 4x a day with meals at bedtime)
Dramamine as directed
Emetrol as directed
**Can try sea bands**

Headaches
Tylenol
NO Ibuprofen
NO Aspirin
NO Motrin

Colds
Claritin D 24 Hour
Benedryl
Dimetapp
Chlortrimeton
Drixoral
Benylin
Afrin Saline Mist Nasal Spray
Robitussin DM Cough Syrup
Sudafed/Actifed (NOT to be used in 1st trimester or w/elevated BP)

Indigestion

Maalox
Mylanta
Digel
Riopan
Tums
Rolaids
Zantac 75

Sore Throat

Gargle with warm salt water
Chloroseptic Spray
Tylenol
Lemon Drops
Cepacol lozenges
Halls lozenges

Constipation
Periocolace/colace
MOM
Senokot
Fibercon
Metamucil

Allergies
Claritin OTC

Diarrhea
Immodium
Kaopectate
NO peptol-bismol (contains aspirin)

Poison Ivy
Calamine Lotion
Hydrocortisone

Hemmoroids

Anusol HC supposiories/cream
Preparation H
Tucks Pads

Yeast Infection
Monistat 7 (insert applicator 1/2 way only)
Vagisil (external use only)

I was also told Guaifenesin (or Mucinex) was OK as well. I got a prescription for it when I was pregnant with Rachel, but now that it's over-the-counter, I asked my new OB about it, and she said it was still fine.
