Well, I have not started running yet, but I've been walking a lot. I have a friend who lives an apartment over and we talked about starting to run together sometime soon. Next week I will be at my parents' house and they have a treadmill and a pool, and I definitely plan on taking advantage of those. Here's what I did this week:
S- walk around the block (about 15 minutes)
M- none
T- walk around the block
W- walk to and from the chiropractor (about 30 minutes total)
Th- walk to domino's (yeah, healthy, right? lol) and walgreens (30 minutes total walking, 15 of it carrying a 10 and a half pound baby)
F- walk to the store and back (about 20 minutes)
S- nothing. I was at a birthday party all day and had some bbq and soda
