What exactly are you taking.

I'm on prenatals and 1200 mg calcium. Even though I was recently pregnant I think I'm forgetting something, so with that said what exactly are you taking if anything?

I am taking a prenatal natural vegan vitamin and a plant DHA supplement. I am not vegan. But last time the fish oil was terrible combined with my heartburn that started very early. Yes my son has A LOT of hair. LOL

Is there any reason why you are taking the extra multivitamin, fish oil and super b complex ? Is it something we should all be looking into or is it just your personal preference ?

Basicially what I've always done, but I added in folic acid. So daily chewable, vitamin D, B12, fish oil, and a calicium chew, and the folic acid I mentioned. When I finally get to see a doctor, I plan on asking about chewable prenatals. I think I saw gummy ones somewhere, but that could've just been a beautiful dream.

I'm taking Materna, and Omega 3-6-9 capsules WITHOUT mercury.

Fish oils are good for the development of the brain, heart, etc,. I used it later in pregnancy with DS and he's pretty darn smart.

If you decide to use fish oils, make sure you get a supplement without mercury or you may increase the risk of ASD.. I'd rather not get on the debate about Autism but many people believe mercury (from vaccines) are the main cause.. I personally feel its a combination of a lot of things. DS is at greater risk because his father had Asperger's (so I think its genetics).

Sorry rambling...
