OMGosh!!! The only thing that's on there that I don't eat regularly is asparagus (cause it's expensive).
A lot of these are foods that work great on Weight Watchers too!!!! Oh gosh...I'm going to make a big, fat boy!

I nailed the first three (oatmeal, spinach, and carrots) and then everything else I was like - ew, no. (Well, OK, obviously water I'm good with, haha.) I do, however, plan on trying these out:
milkmakers lactation cookies - variety pack

I can't stand fish. Period. Seriously, I've tried so many different kinds, and I haven't liked any one of them... I wish I DID like fish, because I know it's so healthy and good for you, but I just don't.

Oh wow.
I even have DD trained on fish.
One of my favorite healthy meals is parmesean roasted asparagus, grilled salmon, and brown rice.

My cousin swears my oatmeal with breastfeeding supply!! I'm not a fan of it, but I can use it to make granola bars and such! I had never heard of carrots, but I like those.
I never realized I was a picky eater, but I guess I am. The only things that I really eat(other than oatmeal in granola bars) is carrots, brown rice, and asparagus(also great for preventing cancer-or so they said when we found out my mom had cancer last year), and water, of course.

I'm the same way. I will not eat sea food of any sort, fish sticks and canned tuna aside haha. Apparently when I was little I'd eat buckets of clams [literally] but I can't even imagine doing that now. I used to be a sushi chef, and eventually one of my bosses MADE me try a piece of a roll...I almost threw up before I got anywhere near swallowing and had to spit it out.
Then I read about how good it all is for you and blahblahblah and in my head I go "WHY CAN'T YOU JUST EAT IT!" haha

Salmon is pretty much the only fish I eat. Nia, your healthy meal sounds yumo to me!
When I was BF DD I made monster cookies a couple of times. If I remember correctly, they were essentially oats, peanut butter, chocolate chips. I'm sure there were more ingredients, but those are the ones I remember. OMG they were so good! I don't know that they did much for my supply, but they were yummy.

I may have to look into a good oatmeal raisin recipe, but I like to just eat oatmeal with raisins for breakfast too.

Yeah, I figure I'll try the cookies bought for a month, and then I'll make my own from there. I need a good oatmeal recipe though - the only oatmeal I've ever made is instant
And swap the salmon for chicken and that sounds delicious, Nia! I think the problem is my mom was really NOT into fish...so she always made it for my dad and made a huge deal about how nasty it was. I try VERY hard not to do the same to my kids... Even if I don't like something, I serve it to everyone else with a smile and encourage them to give it a try. Eric is OK with fish some days and not others, but it's a start. And I try it now and then to make sure my tastes haven't changed.
