I was wondering this too...
Probably most often with every feed, but he likes to poop in clean diapers, so we're going through maybe 8-12 diapers a day.

I would say every 2-3 hours but I have never really kept track!

Yeah every 2-3 hours seems about what we do. He poops/pees pretty much every time he eats.

Every time Mia eats I change her unless she poops in between.

Anden loves to poop in a freshly changed diaper so we go through a lot of diapers in one day! I had two in diapers last time around so this doesn't seem that bad.

Lol, I remember those days! My older 2 are 12 months apart so we went through a massive amount of diapers back then. It's nice to have just one bum to change now

Most of the time before and after every feeding. Sometimes in between feedings. I'll say we're using like 20 something diapers a day

When don't I? She has had a spout of diahrea so it's almost constant, and I have to wait until she is done pooping or she'll go while I'm changing her, either on a clean diaper, the bedding.. or me. >.<

Usually at every feeding so 2-3 hours. If he poops in between, I'll change him of course. Overnight we only go through two diapers cause he sleeps 6-7 hours in between feedings. That diaper is soaked beyond belief. He pees soooo much.

Every 2-3 hours during the day and sometimes 1-2 times total in the night.

I try to change every time she poops or pees (definitely every time she poops, sometimes I won't notice she has peed). I just don't like the idea of her lying around in a wet diaper :/ so yeah, we go through a ton of diapers around here

Every 2 hrs with and without a feeding. He us a dirty diaper machine.
