If your baby is having a feed frequently, Is gaining weight, Has 6-8 wet/poop nappies in 24hrs, Happy, active & alert try to relax a little.

A lot of new mothers worry that there baby isn't getting enough breast milk when a lot of the time they are. Babies love being breastfed and cuddled.

Remember babies cry and it isn't always because your baby
isn't getting enough milk.. Some people may lead you to believe this (friends or family).

If you do get worried find yourself a nice lactation consultant that your comfortable with.

Take care of yourself.
