Hi ladies,

I am Kristy (34) and DH and I have a 3.5 month old little guy named Gabriel. I have been BFing since birth and pumping when I returned to work 7 weeks ago. Today we are using the last of my freezer stash I am pumping about 10 ozes a day and he drinks around 15 when I am gone. My supply just really dropped the past couple weeks. I think because work has been chaotic. I think it is going to settle down soon and am hoping my supply will recover then.

I called our ped's office on Friday and they said I could mix the formula with BM. My plan is to do his 3 5oz bottles with 4 oz BM and 1 oz formula. Does that sound good to you all?

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks ladies.

Welcome!

My name is Ashleigh, and my LO is Kyleigh, who is 9 months today!

I thinkt that sounds like a good way to do it. I'm sorry that you have to supplement, but it also sounds like you won't have to supplement that much. Are you drinking enough water? You could try power pumping at some point. How often are you going between pumping?
