How much water a day do you drink?

I've heard that drinking a lot of water can increase your supply. I've always drank a lot of water, but now I drink about 100 oz. a day. Today, I think I've drank 70.

I am going on my 67oz of water in 12 hours...

I have read that drinking too much water can affect your supply negatively because it flushes important nutrients out...

Its best to drink to thirst and just a bit more and drink til your urine is pale yellow to almost clear...

How on earth do you guys have time to count your ounces?? I have no idea how much I drink. I suppose it is around 2-3 glasses. It is usually in the form of lemonaide or Crystal Light tea.
I have read information favoring both opinions, to drink more when BF or to drink until satisfied.
Personally, I just keep something available all day.

Well, I don't really keep track exactly, but I have this water bottle that I know how many ounces is in it and I just keep track of how many times I refill it during the day. It gives me a rough estimate.
