I screwed up big time!

I got a cold a few weeks ago, and between that, taking meds and feeling just lousy, my production dropped big time, and we started supplementing. Now, I'm barely able to produce 1.5oz between both breasts. I'm trying to nurse her at every feeding first, before giving her a bottle.

The problem is, I'm going back to work on Wednesday. Even if I'm able to get my production back up to a decent amount (she's taking between 3-6 oz a feeding), I fear that it'll tank again when I pump at work.

Any thoughts?

I suggest just doing the usual things that improve supply: pumping when you can, eating oatmeal (cookies), fenugreek, etc.
Nurse her as much as you can when home too. Good luck.

Ditto - I'm back to nursing or pumping every 45 min to an hour to see if I can get my supply back up. It seems to be helping, in addition to all the other stuff (more water, herbal supplements, etc).
