Have you tried any supplements to help increase your milk production?

I bought some of the Mother's Milk tea, it has fennugreek & some other stuff in it. It says to drink 3-5 cups a day though, and I can't afford to support that kind of use, with it being $5 a box. And I am really bad about remembering it's in the cupboard...

I'm taking fenugreek and milk thistle right now.

If anyone else is doing fenugreek right now soap.com has a great price on it , $3.34 for 180 of Nature's Way brand. For free shipping you have to spend $25, but it is $25 before the 50% off price on the supplements. Other Nature's Way products are also half off. Nature's Way Fenugreek Seed Caps - Best Price

Thank you for posting that! That's a great offer! I haven't tried Fenugreek, is it working well for you?

I think it is working some. I was averaging around 12oz and now am closer to 15oz. I was hoping I would get a bit more, but I'll take what I can.

I've tried everything and nothing really made a difference. I tried Fenegreek & Blessed Thistle, Alfalfa, Shatavari, Marshmallow, More Milk Plus Special Blend, Goat's Rue, and even domperidone. None of them did a thing for me.

I'm really sorry none of these worked for you, had you used any of them previously? Did you have better results from them in the past?
