Just wondering if anyone is interested in having a workout check in to keep us motivated. I try to workout Monday thru Friday but sometimes find it hard to find the time. I usually workout in the mornings before I leave for work but some mornings just can't seem to get out of bed. I think it would help me stay motivated if I had some body to check in with to keep me motivated. Anybody interested?
