What are you eating? Lots of fruits and veggies! Also watching portion sizes. Are you following Atkins, south beach or something else? I'm basically watching what I eat. What made you decide to do that eating plan? It seems like every time I go on a new fertility med they make me gain weight and other crappy side effects and it's time to lose! Do you keep a food journal? No, I used to but I always forgot to write in it

What are you eating? Like Katie I try to eat lots of Fruits and Vegetables. Basically try to just be healthy. Not alot of sweets and no fried food, my body can't handle fried food, makes me sick every time I give in.
Are you following Atkins, south beach or something else? No specific diet, just trying to be healthy.
What made you decide to do that eating plan? Makes me feel better to eat healthy.
Do you keep a food journal? No I used to keep a workout journal which had a place for food also but mine was stolen when someone stole my briefcase and I haven't bought a new one. thinking about getting another one soon.

What are you eating? I'm trying to eat as much protein and veggies as possible (or fruits if I want something sweet) and cutting back on my beloved carbs. It's hard because my BF is a lobsterman and needs hearty meals at the end of the day. I don't want to cook 2 different meals so I try to limit my portions. Are you following Atkins, south beach or something else? I'm not following any diet plan but just trying to be more conscious of what I'm eating. What made you decide to do that eating plan?
