Katie I'm so glad that your feeling better. Good Luck at your doctor's appointment. I hope your doctor is able to help you.

Sarah good luck at your tests today!! Have you heard anything from BF's tests? I hope it came back good.

I'm still not feeling very well, but in the grand scheme I hope alll this sickness means healthy baby. I'm really nervous about tomorrow. Just hoping for a good appointment.

Katie I had cherrios with bananas this morning thanks to you!! Our strawberries here looked terrible so I had to forgo those but the bananas made the cherrios realy good. I've been wanting some since you mentioned them last week. Oh the power of suggestion!!

Hope everybody has a great Monday.

Good luck at your appointment today!! Let us know how it goes! How was your weekend?

I have my HSG this morning. I'm anxious about it but am glad I'm getting it done. One of my good friends works in the OR at the hospital and she's going to try and come down to sit with me during the procedure. I think that will help my nerves.

Other than that, I have some house cleaning to do so that will be my workout. It is rainy here today so I think I'll treat myself to a nap too.

Melissa, how are you doing today? Are you excited for your appointment tomorrow?

Have a great day ladies!!

Melissa glad you liked the cheerios and bananas! This morning I had them with peaches! I hope your appointment goes well tomorrow. You will have to update us when you can. I think that with all the morning sickness it has to be a good sign

Melissa, I totally didn't see that you posted when I did my previous post! I am totally going to have to get some cheerios and fruit! You ladies have me thinking about it!

I haven't gotten my BF's results yet but hopefully the doctor will give them to me today. I had him sign a permission slip saying that she can share them with me so hopefully there won't be any issues with that.

I really wish someone would come over here and clean my house for me. I don't feel like doing anything!

Melissa good luck at your appointment today! I'm thinking of you and I can't wait to hear your update.

Sarah how are you doing today?

I had a apple dumpling for breakfast this morning lol. Probably not the healthiest thing in the world but I needed something. I did ask my OB about something for my weight and she told me that she feels once I got pregnant I would lose weight instead of gain weight and feel a lot better. Who knows at this point. Hope you ladies have a wonderful day.

I really try not to take ibuprofen for anything. I know it can cause miscarriage and I try to stay away from it while TTC, but I needed it yesterday. Today I'm working 1/2 day and will come back and clean. It's raining again today so if I get my stuff done early enough, I'll take a nice nap. I think my BF will be home too so we can snuggle together. He wanted to BD yesterday morning but I shot him down because of my HSG. I promised him we'd do it after my appointment, but then it went so badly and I was really crampy and bleeding so the poor guy didn't get anything. I'm CD 10 now though so we have to get going. Hopefully I'll ovulate from the right so there won't be any issues. I've decided to really try and stay positive. I'm also going to make an appointment for a Reiki healing session, especially now that I know where the problem is. It might not help my tube issue, but I need to get rid of all this negative energy. I think it will really help a lot.

I got my Body by Visalus shake mix in the mail yesterday so today I'll start a month of having shakes for breakfast. I found out that a shake is 170 calories and amounts to $1.00 per day. I realized that when I eat eggs for breakfast, it's less calories and costs less per day. But, I told my friend I'd give it a shot.

Katie, your breakfast sounds fabulous!!! Don't beat yourself up over it. Sometimes it's more important to have comfort food than diet food. And you definitely deserve some comfort food. That is really interesting what your doctor said. I guess it makes sense, especially if you have a lot of morning sickness. My friend who just had a baby was sick through the entire pregnancy and I think through the whole time she only gained a couple of pounds. Her doctor kept telling her she needed to gain weight but she just couldn't. The baby is fine so obviously it wasn't a huge deal.

Melissa, I'll be thinking about you today!! I hope it all goes well!!! I can't wait to see an update and great news about your little Mexican jumping bean!!! Now I want Mexican food. Maybe we'll have taco night tonight! We'll have tacos in honor of your awesome appointment!!

Sarah I'm so glad that you seem to be feeling a bit better today. I thought alot about you yesterday and hoped that you were okay. I think the healing session sounds like a good idea. I think it is so important to stay positive. I know in my heart that your time is coming.

katie your breakfast does sound wonderful and I think your doctor is probably right especially if you have bad morning sickness. I have actually lost a little weight since my last appointment and I know it's because I've been so sick. My doctor hopes that my sickness will start getting better soon. he says week 9 and 10 are usually the hardest then it should get better.

My appointmet went great. My little guy had a nice strong heartbeat and was wiggling like crazy. Baby even waived it's little arm at us. It was so reassuring. I go back in 3 weeks for another ultrasound and then he going to do one every 2 weeks until 20 weeks. I think he realizes how nervous I am about this preg and is trying to ease my mind. Thanks for all the support you ladies have given me. I know I couldn't get through this without you guys.

here is the link with pictures. i wasn't sure if you would want to see them or not Sarah. http://www.justmommies.com/forums/f1...l#post24957776 (Update on my appointment)

Melissa, don't worry about me...I definitely want to see pics of your little one! He/she is adorable!!!! I'm so relieved that it went so well!! I just knew it would!! Yay!!!!

Katie, how are you doing today?

I just talked to the nurse and my doctor wants to send me for a consultation at the IVF specialists in Portland. I guess they do a ton of fertility testing, other than what my doctor did and are in more of a position to help me. It is definitely a hard blow, but I will do what it takes. I am going to my doctor to meet with her next Wednesday and get all of the details. The nurse really didn't know what to tell me. I looked up the place and there are only male doctors there which makes me nervous. I've never had a male doctor and am afraid it will be really uncomfortable. I also have this totally irrational feeling that a woman will be more sensitive about this and will work harder to help me. I know that's crazy.

Sarah thanks for always being so supportive. You are truly amazing.

Hopefully the IVF specialists will be able to give you some answers and help you to get preg with your rainbow baby. Did BF's test come back yet? I have a male dr and I think he is amazing. I went to him when I found out I was preg with DS because my doctor who was a woman did not deliver babies. I was so nervous about a male dr. also but he was amazing. He was the dr who I saw the day I found out about the loss and I don't know how I could have gotten through it without him. I thought the same way as you that a man couldn't understand what I was going through the way a woman could but he proved me wrong. He is so open and I can talk to him about absolutely anything. Hopefully one the male dr's at the IVF specialists will be like him and you will like them.

Sarah I have never had a male doctor as well. I'm not against it and who knows maybe that's what we need I hope the IVF specialist can help you and give you some answers. How are you feeling today?

Melissa your bean is so cute! How are you doing today? Feeling better now that you saw him?

DH and I have been having a lazy evening. I'm so sleepy! Hope you ladies are having a good night.

I had a lazy evening too Katie. It felt great!!! Today I really need to get the house clean. I have been too upset to do much of anything these past 2 days and I need to get my body moving. No more self pity. I have to take the bull by the horns and get things done!

Have you made an appointment with the RE yet, Katie? I just know they're going to help you get your rainbow baby!!

Melissa, you are so close to the 2nd trimester!! I am so excited for you!!!!

Yesterday I tried my first Body by Visalus shake. It was ok...nothing special. It tastes a lot like cake mix. I also found that I got hungry sooner than if I had eaten eggs. It definitely doesn't seem like it's for me. I will keep up with it until the package is gone since I spent $50 on it.

Morning ladies. No workout for me this morning. Still pretty sick in the mornings. I'm going to try to get in a workout this afternoon. I had an egg mcmuffin for breakfast and it was so yummy. Sarah I am getting closer to the second trimester. I have another u/s on Oct 24 and I am hoping after that one I can breathe a little bit easier.

I'm glad you both had relaxing evenings. It is so nice to relax every now and again.

Sarah I'm sorry your shakes aren't that great. Things like that never keep me very full for long.

Katie I'm excited for you to see the RE. I'm hoping that is just what you need.

Now I want an egg mcmuffin!! LOL!! I decided to not have my shake yesterday and had eggs instead. I was much happier! However, I really didn't get much cleaning done. My BF stayed home from work and the two of us spend the day snuggling, laughing, and really having a great "us" day. It was much needed!! We really seemed to reconnect, which I think is SO important when dealing with all the stress of TTC. I've decided I'm not going to use OPK's this month. If I don't know when I'm going to ovulate, it will take so much pressure off of myself and I really need that. I'm still temping so I'll know after I ovulate and also so I'll have a full chart to take to the specialists. My BF's results FINALLY came back and everything looks good! Phew!!! Now we just need to fix me!

I think I'll try a shake today. I really don't want to, but since I spent so much on it, I know I have to do it. And today I WILL clean the house. My BF is such a slob that it gets nasty really quickly when he's home. It's sunny today too so maybe I'll be able to mow the lawn.

Melissa, did you get in a workout yesterday afternoon? If not, don't worry about it! You could always go for a walk with your DH & DS. It would still be a workout but not as taxing on your body.

Katie, how are you doing? I've been thinking about you a lot and am really hoping your appointment with the RE goes great!

Sarah I'm so glad that you and BF had a good day yesterday. It is so important to have times like those where you connect and just hold each other. I think it makes the stress of TTC alot easier. And I'm so happy that BF's test came back good. I'm hoping the new doctor that you are going to see will be the solution you guys need for your rainbow baby.

Katie is today your appointment with the RE? I hope they are able to give you some answers and help you.

No workout for me yesterday. Yesterday was the sickest I've been so far and it didn't help that DS is sick also. Thankfully my mother in law came over and watched him for a few hours so I could go to work for a little while. I'm really going to try to get back into my workouts soon. Just waiting for the sickness to let up a little bit. If all this sickness is any indication of how healthy this baby is going to be, then it's going to be really healthy..lol.

I hope you guys have a great day. Just one more day until the weekend and I can't wait.

I was finally able to workout yesterday. I only did about 20 minutes of kettle corn (bell..lol) training, but it was good to finally do something. I figure a little bit is better than nothing.

Sarah how are you feeling? Better I hope. It should be getting close to your O time. I know when we were trying we DTD everyday right around O time and that seemed to work for us. Since BF's SA came back fine maybe you guys should try that. Atleast it would be alot of fun and hopefully you will catch that eggie. I really believe that both you and Katie's time will be soon.

Do you guys have any big weekend plans? My family has a big hot tamale festival every October in the mountains so I think we are going up there. It is about an hour away and we are not planning on staying the night so I'm just hoping that the hot tamales don't make me sick.

Hope you both have a wonderful Friday.

Melissa, your weekend sounds awesome!! Your little one will probably love the tamales!! I'm glad you were able to get a kettle corn workout in. I'm sure it probably made you feel better.

Katie, have a great time hunting! That is so annoying that JM kept kicking you off! I had one moment yesterday morning when the servers seemed to be down, but it only lasted a few minutes. When is your appointment?

I have an easy cleaning day (and maybe mowing the lawn) today. Tomorrow I'm going to an Oktoberfest thing with a friend and then she and I are going to another friend's house for yummy food and to watch "The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo" and "The Girl Who Played With Fire". They're both in Swedish so hopefully the subtitles won't take away from the movies. We all loved the books so I'm sure the movies will be great.

Melissa, so far my BF & I have been DTD every day. Hopefully we'll be able to keep it up. I'm not sure about tomorrow because he'll be out on the boat early and then I'm not sure how late I'll be at my friend's house. I thought the same thing as you about how his normal results would make it ok to DTD every day. Both yesterday and today I've had mega ovulation-type pains on my left side...worse than I've ever felt before. I'm concerned that I'm about to O from the left, which is my bad side. I really hope not. I want a good O on my good side! I also don't know if the pain might be residual from the HSG, but I would think it's been long enough that I wouldn't have that.
