Sarah - I can't think about the date. If it is the last week in October then next week it will be November and that means I am way behind on so many things I got no workouts in at all this weekend because we had company. Plus, to be honest, I had my scheduled melt-down because another cycle is a bust.

Melissa - good luck at your appointment! Can't wait to hear

Hey ladies, so baby is still alive!! My NT Scan went really well. I was not all that concerned with the scan, I just wanted to make sure that baby still had a heartbeat and it did. I am finally starting to believe that this is going to be our rainbow baby. Here is link with pictures http://www.justmommies.com/forums/f1...text-scan.html.

No workout for me this morning just too nervous, but I am really excited some low impact workout DVD's that I ordered just arrived today so I am going to try to go home and do one of them. New workouts always seem to give me the motivation I need.

Joanna I am so sorry that AF arrived. She is such a witch and when TTC it is so hard when she shows up.

Sarah how are you feeling? Has AF let up a little bit. Hope it's getting better. Have you heard from the dr. about when your appt with the specialists is. I hope they can give you some answers that lead to your rainbow baby. Nobody deserves their rainbow babies more than the ladies on this forum.

Katie still thinking about you and praying that your doing okay. Just know you are deeply missed and we will be here when your ready.

I hope you all have a wonderful Monday. I know my day just got alot better.

Wow! We're already in the last week of October! It's insane!!!!

I hope you ladies had a great weekend!! I didn't get any workouts in, but I did eat healthy for the most part.

Melissa, I'm on the edge of my seat waiting to hear about your appointment!!!

Joanna, did you get any running in this weekend?

Katie, we miss you!!! I hope you are having a nice and relaxing bit of time off!

Joanna, I'm so sorry AF showed!! I don't blame you for having a melt-down! I think when we are TTC, if we don't get a BFP, then we are entitled to a day or two of self-pity and cocktails. In fact, I think it's important that we let ourselves grief. If we kept it all in, we'd explode!

Sarah, Definitely let me know about the Zumba. They teach a class at one of our local churches and it always looks like so much fun. I'm just wondering if I am too uncordinated to get it. Have fun. and I'll let you know how I like my new workouts.

Zumba was a BLAST!! It was also very intense! It was an hour of high energy dance/aerobics. It was so cool though, because they had the lights out except for lights on the stage where the instructor was. I was concerned that the moves would be really complicated and hard to follow, but it was surprisingly easy to keep up. I'm not sure if it would be too much for you being pregnant, Melissa, but you can also adjust the level of effort to suit your needs. There's a lot of room for improv during the classes. One great thing is that there are women of all ages, all shapes/sizes, and all experience levels. If you're interested in trying it, I would just talk to your doctor and also the Zumba instructor to see if there might be restrictions with your pregnancy.

Today I have work and a bunch of errands to run. I'm not sure if I'll get a workout in but after last night, I feel like I should. It felt really good to burn some calories and work up a sweat. I might go to Walmart and see if they have a Zumba game for the Xbox or even a Zumba workout CD for the DVD player.

How are you ladies doing today? Any fun workout plans? Anything good on the menu today?

Sarah glad you had fun at the Zuma. It sounds like a lot of fun. I might wait to try it though until afterwards, it might a bit more intense than I need right now. I did one of my new workouts last night. It was alot of fun. It was called Slide and Glide and it came with these gliding disc that scoot on the floor. you put your feet on them and workout. it was pretty hard. I'm feeling it in my rear today. Not sure what I'll do today. I got a new stop aerobics workout also, so I might try that one.

I think we are having chicken pasta with a pesto sauce. Not sure how good it is for you but it looks tasty. I haven't been eating that great lately, just trying to eat what I can stomach right now.

Hopefully you can find a Zumba for the Xbox or a DVD. Let me know maybe I'll look for a DVD and use that to get back into shape afterwards.

Joanna how are you doing today? Are you going to get in a run?

Hope you ladies have wonderful Tuesdays.

Hey girls! I have majorly fallen off the wagon with food and workouts over the past few days. Haven't been in a good place. But its time to pick myself up and move on to cycle 16. So I will definitely run tomorrow

Sarah I have done Zumba a few times and it kicks my butt! You can definitely adapt it to your needs though Melissa. And don't worry about feeling uncoordinated. I screw up most of the time and there are always people worse than me I just stand in the back.

Is it just me or does this board feel a little wierd without Katie?

Melissa, I think pesto is good for you since it's made with olive oil. I absolutely LOVE pesto, but my BF hates it so I never have the chance to eat it. That slide and glide sounds like SO much fun!! Does it make your feet feel funny? You know, like if you're walking on a slippery floor with socks on and you slip a little? Am I nuts? LOL!

Joanna, don't worry about it! We've all been there! I'm still trying to get myself out of my unmotivated workout funk. I think it's totally fine. If we totally beat ourselves up about it, we'd just get worse...in my opinion. It's hard because while we are working out, it feels great and we feel so good after. BUT, it's so hard to get motivated to start. It's the weirdest thing. I don't know why it's so hard.

I TOTALLY agree that something is missing without Katie here! WE MISS YOU KATIE!!!!

Today is a house cleaning kind of day. My BF only worked 1/2 day yesterday so the place got trashed. I should've had him dress up as Pigpen for Halloween. It is so fitting! I also have to run some errands so I will be doing some laps through Walmart! LOL! The OCD in me is starting to panic about preparing for our trip to MA on Friday. I know I have 2 days to get ready but I'm freaking out. What I need to do is make a couple of lists..."to do" & "things to pack" and I'll be in a good place.

Joanna I wouldn't worry about falling off the wagon. It happens to everybody and when your ready you can hop right back on.

Sarah sorry your BF is such a slob. I think most men are messy and they don't understand that it drives us crazy cleaning up their messes. I'm sure you will get everything ready to go to MA and you guys will have a wonderful time.

No workout for me today. I am having some bladder issues right now and I'm just too tired to workout. My uterus is pressing on my bladder and making it very difficult to pee which is not much fun. Dr. doesn't think it will last more than a few weeks which is exactly what happened when I was preg with DS so I just have a few weeks of pain and then I'll be good as new. I'll keep you updated on my status. I'm sure I'll be fine.

And yes Joanna this board is just not the same without Katie. Katie I hope you know how missed you are and we all hope that your doing okay.

yes it feels that way but sometimes my uterus puts so much pressure on my bladder that my bladder shuts down completely and I feel desparately like I need to pee and nothing comes out. I actually had to learn how to put a catheter in when that happens. that's what happened last night in the middle of the night I woke up and couldn't pee so I had to use a catheter and the dr. thinks I actually scraped my uretha so I am in some serious pain today. When i scraped it, I caused it to bleed which of course had me freaking out. i saw dr. this morning and everything is okay. he said baby was in no danger at all this was just a mommy problem. Just hoping that it gets better soon and don't have to use that darn catheter again. i know this is probably TMI..lol.

Melissa, that sounds absolutely excruciating!! You poor thing!!! I hope you don't have to use the catheter again either! I am so sorry you bled and had that awful anxiety about your baby, but I'm really glad it was unrelated. I'm sure you were so scared!

Joanna, how are you doing today? Are you getting your motivation back? It's always hard to be motivated when the witch shows!

Katie, WELCOME BACK!!! We really missed you a ton! What did you do during your time off? Did you do anything fun? Has anything changed on the job front?

I went shopping yesterday but was on a time restriction so I didn't get a chance to look for any Zumba DVD's. My best friend joined the Y but I don't see myself doing that because it's 20 minutes away and would be way too much of a pain to go to Zumba classes there..especially in the winter. The Zumba classes in town are only 5 minutes away. I did get myself a cute new workout outfit though. I had some $ left on a TJ Maxx gift card so I got the 3 piece outfit for $1.12!! I was psyched about that! I was bad and got a Big Mac & fries yesterday...but, that's the only thing I ate yesterday so I figure that's ok. Today I'm going to do more preparing for our trip. My BF thinks I'm nuts because we're only going to be gone for a couple of days but I will most definitely over-pack. I'm not sure what I'll make for dinner, but I'll definitely have my eggs for breakfast.

How's everyone doing today? Any fun weekend plans?

Sarah I love getting new workout clothes. Always seems to give me some extra motivation for some reason when i look cute while working out..lol. I always overpack also. DH always jokes that I am going to be staying longer than the rest of the family...ha ha I say. I have to pack everything that I might need, just in case.

So I was up in the middle of the night with the catheter again. Although I figured out how to do it better so no bleeding this time and it didn't hurt like the night before. I talked to dr. again this morning and he is hoping just a few more days. I have an u/s on Nov. 7 and he says he hopes my uterus has flipped by then. Oh well as along as baby is doing good, I'll go through just about anything.

I am planning on doing some kettle corn this afternoon. Hopefully about 30 minutes or so. I don't think I will ever do kettle bells again without thinking of you Sarah and Katie.

Katie I'm so happy that your back. I saw your post about being back and it just brought a huge smile to my face. We just love you here!!

We are going to a Halloween party at DH's work. don't think I'll dress up though. Haven't had time to get costumes and DH will not dress up. DS is going to be Elmo so we will let him dress up for the party.

Sarah I hope you have a great weekend. Are you guys going to Boston?

Joanna did you get your run in yesterday? It is always hard for me to get going but once I do I just love working out.

Awww ladies! I have missed you! I haven't been working out but I have been watching what I was eating while on my time "off" No new on the job front. Still here until something else opens up. The time away was definitely needed.

Melissa glad to hear everything is going well. How has your morning sickness been?

Sarah zumba is a lot of fun. I used to do that when I was going to the gyms. It was one of my favorite classes to take. How is everything else going?

Joanna I'm sorry AF arrived. How are you doing? I know it's hard to stay motivated for me right after AF arrives.

Hey ladies! I managed to find my motivation again and ran yesterday. Today I am just working on watching what I eat because work has been nuts. I will try to run again tomorrow.

Melissa - I am so sorry you are having issues with your uterus/bladder. That sounds miserable Hopefully it corrects soon! How soon before you find out the gender?

Sarah - I hope you have a ton of fun on your trip! I am so jealous. I want to get out of town really bad right now.

Katie - I'm so glad you are back. We missed you I am doing better today. Had a couple of rough days but I think I am passed the worst of it. Started Clomid today so hopefully it doesnt' make me too crazy

Joanna, I'm glad you were able to get motivated again! I'm sure it must have made you feel better. I'm sorry food has been hard to manage. Sometimes it's really hard to balance the two.

Katie, it sounds like your time off was just what you needed. Did you take the week off from work too?

Melissa, I'm so glad the catheter was easier for you, but I still hate that you had to use it at all. I really hope it fixes itself soon. Are you still having morning sickness too?

I wish we could all get together and do Zumba! That would be so much fun!!!

I'm excited about my trip, but now they're talking about snow! WTH??? I'm not ready for snow!! Luckily, it looks like we'll only get 1-3" at the most so that won't affect our plans. And heck, it's a good way to test out my new Subaru! My old Subaru was a tank in the snow. My Jeep was supposed to be good but it was terrible...even in 4 wheel drive. One thing I know, is that I'll be doing a TON of walking this weekend so I will be getting my fill of exercise. I'm not sure how healthy I'll eat though. I'm already planning on going to Sonic (we don't have it up here) to get my fill of that. If only there was a Krispy Kreme store nearby too. KK donuts are my big weakness. They are beyond delicious! I have an 18 pack of them in my freezer. I should have one for breakfast! LOL! Who am I kidding? I can't only have one!!

Melissa, I forgot to add...we are going to Salem, MA, where all of those witch trials were in the 1600's. It's a bit northeast of Boston and there will be plenty to do there so we won't go into the city at all. It'll be good because it's going to be educational for my BF's daughter as well as full of fun activities. I've always found that learning is so much easier when it is administered in an interesting way. She won't even have a clue that it's educational! LOL!
