Good Monday morning ladies!! I hope everyone had a great weekend!! What does everyone have planned for workouts/menus this week? I am planning on going to Zumba tonight. Yay!! I'm not sure yet what I'll be having for food this week, but I'll certainly try to keep it healthy.

I hope everyone has a great day!!

Sarah I'm sure you will have lots of fun at Zumba!! I'm thinking that I might have to give Zuma a try, it sounds like alot of fun.

No workout for me today. Just not feeling the motivation. I'm going to try to workout tomorrow, maybe some Kettle Corn..lol. I'm trying to eat really healthy but it's hard sometimes. We are having Parmesan Chicken tonight from one of my healthy cookbooks so that should be good.

Sarah when do you go back in to get started on your IUI? I'm so excited for you. I can't wait for you to join us over at PAL.

I hope everybody else is having a great day.

Hey ladies! How is everyone doing? I'm doing well. Just trying to keep busy and sane for the holidays I kind of fell off the exercise wagon again but I'm hoping to get started back up this week!

Melissa, I feel like I haven't talked to you in ages!!! How are you feeling? Has the morning sickness gone away? I, personally, would like to see your siggy in these posts. I like to see your progression. I was just thinking about that buttermilk chicken the other day and that I'm going to have to make some again soon. Last night I made a tuna noodle casserole...mainly because it was super quick and easy to make before I went to Zumba. All my BF had to do was take it out of the oven and eat. Men like simplicity, lol!

Katie, I hear you on the falling off the workout wagon. I feel like I fell off a long time ago and can't get back on. Have you heard about that job yet? How is the 2ww treating you? Are you going to test soon? How is hunting going?

Zumba was fun last night. I still think I'd like to get a DVD though so I can do it whenever. Today I have some dogs to walk and housework to do, so that will be my workout.

This cycle has been so strange. I have no idea what's going on. I still have some spotting, but today it's finally looking like it's going away. If I don't get my BFP, then I'll go in for my IUI the day after I get a +OPK. Then it's fingers crossed. I'm really looking forward to not having the stress of timing BD. Having it all scheduled for me will be nice...plus the fact that it will increase my chances of a BFP.

I hope you all are having a great week!!

Ooh Tuna Noodle Casserole sounds really good. I have been staying away from Tuna lately because of all the warnings about mercury but that sounds so good. Funny how when there is something you are not suppose to have you want it all the more. I have been craving runny fried eggs but I know they are not the best idea right now. I'll post my siggy. Please if it upsets anyone let me know and I'll remove it. So many new girls had joined this ground which is so awesome but I just didn't want to upset anyone. I know how hard TTCAL can be sometimes.

I wasn't around much last week because I had a really difficult time last week. I've still been having bladder issues but I believe last night my uterus finally moved up out of my pelvis so I think I'm going to have some relief. My uterus was stuck down in my pelvis and the bigger it grew the more pressue it put on my bladder to the point where it caused my bladder to shut down. Let me tell you that's no fun. I'm still having a little bit of morning sickness but it is getting better. I'm beginning to think I'll be sick for the entire time.

I'm hoping this week I can jump back on the workout train since I am beginning to feel better. So Hopefully Katie we can both jump back on the wagon.

Sarah, I love buttermilk chicken. it is so yummy. Do you like pork chops? I recently found a great new recipe with pork chops and apples that so yummy and so good for you. I'll find the recipe and post it on the recipe thread. I just posted this recipe in the recipe section. It's one of my new favorites.

Sarah I plan on really starting to work out again this week. I'm glad your spotting has stopped. I'm doing okay. I did test yesterday and it was negative. I'm okay though just hoping AF arrives soon so I can start my next cycle.

Melissa I'm sorry to hear your still having your bladder issues. I hope now since your uterus moved up you feel a lot better. I also love seeing your siggy I love watching your ticker progress!

Right now is a really hard time of the year for me. December 15th is when we had our first loss with Noah and it always seems to bring on this horrible sadness/depression during the holidays. Trying to stay upbeat but it's not working that well. Bleh!

Katie I'm so sorry that right now is a difficult time for you. I have my EDD coming up on Dec. 22 so I know that will be a very difficult day for me. i so wish that none of us ever had to deal with a loss.

I am finally beginning to feel better. My bladder has stopped hurting so I think I am over that problem, thankfully. I did do some pilates yesterday. It was alot of fun. I didn't have much energy and the pilates wasn't alot if impact so that was nice. going to try to do 30 minutes of kettle bells this afternoon. Funny thing is when I do kettle bells, afterwards I always want so kettle corn which sort of takes away from all my hard work..lol.

tonight we are going to have the pork chops and apples recipe that i posted yesterday. Sarah if you try it, please let me know how you like it. I think it is wonderful.

I hope you ladies have wonderful Wednesdays. it's nasty and raining here so that doesn't help much with motivation.

Blah I have fallen off the exercise wagon too. I didn't want to do to much after the IUI, just in case (and yes I know that is ridiculous but I can't help it) and it kind of snowballed from there. It is so hard to get on the wagon once you fall off!

Melissa it is so good to hear from you again. I stalk you in PAL, but it is nice to see you here too. I love seeing your ticker as well! I'm so glad your bladder issue seems to have cleared up. That sounded miserable! How much longer before you find out the gender? Or are you going for the surprise factor?

Sarah your cycle has been wierd! I have been stalking your chart and keeping my fingers crossed for you. If you have to go the IUI route though the abosolute best part is that you don't have to time BD. Everything is scheduled for you. It was a very low-stress cycle for me which was nice. I didn't temp, use opks or anything. Just showed up when I was told too!

Katie I'm sorry this is such a hard time of year for you sweetie. My EDD is coming as well as I was praying to be pregnant by then, but it doesn't look likely at this point. HUGS!

Joanna I am so thankful that my bladder issues have cleared up also. We are finding out the gender on Dec. 12 and I can't wait. I'll definitely let you girls know after we find out.

Joanna I hope you'll be joining me over at PAL soon along with Katie, Sarah and the rest of the TTCAL ladies!!

Seems like we have all fallen off the exercise wagon lately. Hopefully we can all hop back on soon.

Big hugs to you ladies!! The due date that should've been and the anniversary of a loss are both the worst things about TTCAL. It is SO hard!! Katie & Joanna, I hope you both get your BFP's so that these dates don't sting as much.

Katie, I'm sorry about the BFN. Are you going to test again or just wait & see if AF doesn't show? Joanna, when are you testing?

Melissa, I am so glad that your bladder issues are getting better! I can't even imagine how miserable that must have been for you! I hope it doesn't happen again!! I can't wait to find out whether you are team blue or team pink!!! For some reason, I'm thinking girl, but I'm usually wrong! LOL!! I tried that pork recipe last night and it was fabulous!!!! I absolutely LOVED it!! I saw on my tv, while I was flipping through the channels, that there was an infomercial for kettle bells and I started laughing...& then thinking of kettle corn! Hahaha!!

I have been good with eating well, but have definitely fallen off the wagon with exercise. I don't even know if I've gained or lost weight because the battery in my scale is dead and I keep forgetting to buy a replacement. Joanna, I would be the same as you...I'm sure I'll try to take it as easy as possible after my IUI.

My chart this cycle has been incredibly strange. Every time I think the spotting is going away, it comes back. I am so confused. Plus, my temps have been lower than normal too. I just don't know what's going on. I tested yesterday and got a BFN. I was going to test again today, but my urine was way too diluted for some reason. I don't feel pregnant anyway so it's probably for the best. No need to waste a test.

Sarah I'm sorry about the BFN. I have alot of hope for you on your next cycle. I think the IUI is going to work and your going to get your BFP and join us at PAL. I can't wait for you to join.

Joanna when will you be testing. I have a good feeling for you on this cycle also. I'm getting excited for both of you.

I can't seem to get motivated much on my workouts. I did about 20 minutes of pilates yesterday but just didn't feel much like doing anything else. We'll see how motivated I get this afternoon after work.

tonight we are having steak and shrimp for dinner so I am really looking foward to that.

I hope everybody is bit more motivated than me today.

Steak and shrimp sounds wonderful!!! That is one of my favorite combinations!! How did the workout go yesterday? The only exercise I have planned today is dog walking. I'm really not motivated at all. I'm not even sure what I'll make for dinner. I'm not motivated to cook either. It's not even 8am and I'm already thinking of taking a nap! Wow, I'm bad!

Joanna, did you test yet? I have my fingers crossed you had a successful IUI!!

Katie, I'm so sorry for your cramps. I am still hopeful that it is just your uterus stretching to make room. Do you think there's any chance of that? I want this SO much for you!

I got another BFN today and I'm still freaking spotting. I am going to call my doctor today. She wanted me to call her when AF showed, but it looks like she'll probably show on Sunday so I'll call her today. I also need to get my Clomid and some sterile collection cups. I'm really excited about doing IUI. No stressful sex timing, no worrying about CM...it's going to be such a relief!

Sarah how are you doing? Have you tested anymore?

Melissa steak and shrimp sounds soooo yummy. How are you feeling?

HUGS Katie! I'm sorry about the cramping I keep toying with the idea of getting the Kinect but we already have a Wii and a PS3 that we rarely use.

I think I am pretty much out for this cycle. AF hasn't showed yet but I am still getting stark white BFNs, don't feel pg and have all the classic pre-AF symptoms. I'm struggling with the fact that we are effectively on hold for 6 months to see if DH's surgery/meds have any impact. There is a basically a 50/50 shot that we will be doing IVF this summer so I guess I need to start figuring out where we are going to come up with the $15K.

Joanna, I'm sorry about the BFNs!! What DPIUI are you? I hate those telling AF signs. It is always such a downer! As for the IVF, maybe you could talk to them about the Clomid IVF like what my RE suggested? He basically said they do Clomid, retrieve the eggs, fertlize them, and plant them back in. The procedure is $3500 so it's WAY more affordable than regular IVF. I'm not exactly sure why it's so much cheaper, but I was pleasantly surprised with that number.

I'm so sorry for the BFN's ladies. I just hate them. i do know the month I finally got my BFP I was convinced that AF was coming. I had AF cramps and just knew she would show up but she never did.

Sarah I hope the clomid and IUI is your solution and in a month you'll be getting your BFP.

Joanna I'm so sorry about DH's problem. I can imagine that it's hard on him. I think I would defiitely talk to your dr. about what Sarah is talking about the Clomid IVF sounds much more affordable.

Katie sorry about the cramps. I was so praying that this was your cycle.

I'm feeling okay. The steak and shrimp was awesome last night. Not sure what's on the menu for today. tonight my exercise will be cleaning my house, my least favorite exercise.

I hope everybody has wonderful weekends.

Sarah because of the nature and magnitude of DH's issues our only IVF options is ICSI-IVF. The most invasive and expensive one - yay us DH's specialist told us we would be wasting our money to try any other kind.

Oh and I am 11 days post-IUI. I have always had a positive by now.

Oh Joanna, that stinks! Is there any way your DH's meds will possibly help to a big enough extent so maybe it could be a possibility?

Last night I ended up going out to dinner with some girl friends and the place had a band so we did a ton of dancing. That was a fun workout! I ate pizza for dinner, but definitely worked it off on the dance floor.

Happy weekend everyone!!!
