Hey Ladies I found another really good recipe that we tried last night and I'm going to try to post it later today. It was a pork tenderloin with a lemon and garlic sauce. So wonderful and I believe pretty good and healthy.

LOL Joanna, I love the recipe section. I love sharing good recipes with you guys.

Melissa, you share the best recipes! That pork with lemon & garlic sounds awesome and very healthy!

These workouts are seriously killing me! I went yesterday and did 20 minutes on the treadmill and then the dreaded "Workout of the Day"...it was insanely painful! 100 squats, 100 kettle corn swings (lol), 100 ab mat sit ups, and then 300 jumps with the jump ropes, not to mention the warmup which I can't remember right now. Holy s**t!! It was brutal! I woke up at 4am today because my shoulders were killing me. I decided to just stay up because I went to the gym again today. Today's workout was not nearly as bad, thank goodness! I got home though, ate some eggs, and then took a 3 hour nap! THAT felt good! You should see me try to walk!

What do you ladies have planned this weekend?
