Hi Ladies!! So tomorrow morning DH and I are going to a gym and joining. We've been meaning to do it for a while, but with the holidays and then the wedding there's just been too much else going on! We both want to get into much better shape. I've gained about 40 pounds in the last year and am NOT happy about it! I can blame it on the hormones and depression of the two pregnancies, but I just plain old don't feel good right now!

So.... wanna help me stay motivated???

Yay Becky. so glad that you and DH are making a commitment to getting helpful. I'll definitely try to help you stay motivated, althought lately my motivation has been sorely lacking. I have still been eating very healthy so that has helped. I think we have let our workout check ins dwindle but hopefully we can get them going again.

Have fun working out this morning and let us know how you do!!

Yay Becky!!! I'm glad you're joining us!!! I hope you enjoy your workout!!! Melissa, you're right, we did let the check-in thread go a bit. I'll start up a new one today. I like checking in. It helps me with motivation.
