I started my weight loss journey last week. I have to reduce my carb intake and workout as a minimum 30 min 3 times a week. I will ramp up the exercise as well a little bit at a time.
I weighed myself I think Monday or Tuesday morning and it was 206.9 and I weighed myself today in the evening after a nap and I have lost 1 lb. I will weigh myself in the morning just to see where I am at.
