Well, we had his endo appt like 2 weeks ago...but so much going on. She finally put him on Lantus. this is after about 2 years of me fighting for it. And he is using the pen system. If you remember Eli is now on the tail end of his honeymoonphase. And boy was it a LONG one. His sugars were so high lately and with the lantus I have seen a big difference. Well, that's our update....I need to call about the A1C...Matt forgot what it was and he was the one here when she called. LOL!

We liked the lantus much better than NPH....the trouble we had was Danielle eating too often, and ending up with so many shots. We had trouble with lows at night, so dosed it at breakfast time & that worked out pretty well.
