Okay, the big feasting day is right upon us and we have our sweet kids to think of.

Any tips for this day of carby food?

Does T day stress you out?

Do you allow your sweet kid or your sweet self to more food on this day?

Do you just consider it one day and let them or yourself ENJOY?

Fill up on the stuff with less carbs first!

Nope

I do eat more food on this day and just does insulin accordingly. However this year I will be home alone on Thanksgiving...DH, Alexis and I are going to do Thanksgiving next week instead.

Yes, it is one day and not worth stressing too much over...in my opinion.

The last two years, Danielle has gone low because we were so cautious about counting every carb that she ate. She was active/excited with the relatives being around, so I guess she burned up a lot of carbs. This year, we are having a quiet thanksgiving...with just our family of four and my one aunt...
