Hey guys, I'm sorry for this common question, but hey feel free to spike the answer you can.
I know that whether or not we are the one to choose to use the microwave to warm our baby's meals and it is up to us to get it done...microwaveable. But, many of us(parents) love the convenience of the microwave - hungry babies aren't known for their patience and using a microwave certainly cuts down on the waiting time. Now, I'm just wondering can the radio waves have negative health implications especially to babies and what actually is your personal experience/suggestion with all above. Thank you.
I never used the microwave to heat up my son's food when he was an infant. I used the bottle/food warmer, the electric one. But now, I microwave his food He's 31mths now. I even warm up his milk in the microwave now.
I never used the microwave, but safety had nothing to do with it. I preferred to feed my kids room temperature food so that they wouldn't have a problem eating something straight from the diaper bag when we were out during mealtime, and because it's easier to get a baby to eat hot/cold if they're used to room temperature than to ask them to eat something hot/cold if they're used to the opposite. I never warmed bottles, either.
