I try to be. Daniel is hard work with eating. He is very limited and rigid in what he will eat and won't eat much in the way of fruit and veg. I really worry about his immune system tbh especially as he seems to have had bug after bug this winter. We do try, we introduce new things on his plate, offer rewards, "hide" veggies under other things. But he's absolutely adamant. I don't know where he gets it from, when he was weaning, he'd eat anything!! And we eat a LOT of veggies and salads!! He has learning difficulties as well so it's twice as difficult to get him to do what we want. Any suggestions would be welcome!!
Rebecca is gluten free and john is dairy free and has a ton of allergies, he is super picky and will only eat a certain thing a week, its on my nerves, but we are hoping to go see a nutritonist soon!!
Reggie he eats anything but i dont think he eats enough
I think we have a nice balance here. They are occasionally allowed to have junk type foods. Usually though they will both pick the healthy snack over the junk food type snack. I like to think that's because I have been a good food roll model.
