Hello all

My son has not been diagnosed with plagiocephally or torticollis. He does have a tighter side in his neck muscles and today I noticed that one side of his forehead is bulging beyond the other side- the dr. ruled out a premature fusion of skull plates, so I'm assuming that it's mostly positioning causing the deformation- that side of his head is flatter than the other side..

Anyways, I am worried about perceptual/developmental difficulties as a result of this.. And I'm wondering if anyone's child has a difference in their pupils from plagiocephaly? Jonah's always had one pupil more dilated than the other (his opthamologist and optometrist have said it's not affecting his vision or a result of an abnormality in his eye).. After thinking about his head, I'm wondering if the difference in his pupils may be a result of the asymmetry of his head??

Anyone??

(I know this is a shot in the dark, just curious!)

thanks!

Sorry... not this time. I know it can cause one eye to be lower or larger, but I've never heard of problems with the pupils.
