Ok here are my measurements...I need a place to record this stuff, & this seems to be the right place
My goal weight is 135. I am mostly wanting to loose the rest of my baby belly and tone it up, thats my main focus!

Waist= 36.5 (at navel)
Upper waist= 30
L arm= 11.5
R arm= 11.5
L thigh= 22
R thigh= 21.5
