I feel so brave! These are horrible pics of me. I felt like I should have done my hair or something, but I thought it'd be easier to see the changes if it was up.
Okay, so I started on May 5th, 2008. I weighed 165.
It's six weeks later and I've lost:

1 pants size
2 inches off my chest
2 inches off my waist
2 inches off my butt
1 inch off my thighs
.5 inches off my arms</blockquote>
Here are the before and after pics. Yuck! I'm wearing the same ugly t-shirt, but I don't know what jeans I was wearing. I can't find them anywhere. Hopefully it won't matter too much.
