Okay, I know this was a *brave* move, but I ordered my wedding dress in 2 sizes smaller than I am right now. I KNOW I can do this, i've done it before and I can do it again. I have 3 months.

Starting weight: 190
Current weight: 186

Measurments:

Bust: 40
Waist: 39
Hips: 43
Upper Arm: 14
Upper Thigh: 28 ( )

My first goal is 150 by the first of October.

Wow, I didn't even know I looked this bad. Cropped my no-makeup face out. Please excused my mis-matched bed clothes.
