Great job, This is very uplifting to me, I am on the weight loss journey agaib after my third. I started at 230 and and down to 192.

great job!!! I remember how fabulous it felt to be 192 after being over 200 lbs....each mlestone (10lb mark for me) reached gave me that much more motivation. Keep it up!

You look GREAT........ You should be sooo proud of yourself. Actually, you can tell in your face....... Look at that expression. Plus, I love your black dress. Now that's what I'm working for too, to fit into a nice dress like that.

I started in May 2008 and finished up in December 2008, managed to keep my weight below 145 for an entire year
